Hipstamatic Classic guideUse your Classic gear in Hipstamatic

Update both apps, open Classic and restore your purchases, then sign in to the same Hipstaccount in Hipstamatic. Your Classic lenses, films and flashes show up under Classic Gear Import.

Before you start

Classic Camera 377 or later, and Hipstamatic 10.7.8 or later. Update both in the App Store.
The same Hipstaccount in both apps.

Restore Purchases in Classic first

On a new iPhone, open Classic then navigate to the HipstaMart and restore purchases.

In Hipstamatic, sign in to your Hipstaccount

Settings, under Hipstaccount. Use the account you use in Classic.

Tap Classic Gear Import

Swipe up from the camera, tap Gear, and scroll to the bottom.

There’s your Classic gear

Lenses, films and flashes, ready to load.

Missing one? Tap Open Classic Camera

Under Missing Gear?. Classic opens to restore your purchases. Then come back.

Good to know

On the same iPhone, Hipstamatic finds your Classic gear even before you sign in. Signing in brings what you bought on other phones.
It says Classic Not Installed? Install Classic from the App Store, open it once, and come back.
Camera Club members already have all of it.
