The fixings

Valery Rizzo took us along on a beautiful getaway to the Catskills where she stayed at TABLE ON TEN, a bnb with local goodness and a homestyle touch full of afternoon sips like the Rhubarb Mint Soda. This fizzy drink looked so delicious, we had to recreate the recipe for you! 4 cups chopped rhubarb 1 cup sugar 1 cup water mint leaves soda water ice Boil your rhubarb down with sugar and water, until soft and slightly thick. Fine strain the liquid for your rhubarb simple syrup. Chill in the fridge. Muddle a few mint leaves with the rhubarb simple syrup. Add ice and pour soda water over. Stir and top with a fresh mint leaf. If you’re feeling extra saucey add a shot of vodka and enjoy!
