I consider myself a drinker of all things tasty. I tend to drink my coffee black and my whiskey on rocks and mixing these two into an easy holiday cocktail seemed simply delicious.

-Artis Cold Brew frozen into cubes -Hudson whiskey -vanilla syrup -sugar cube I normally don’t add sugar to my drinks, but there is something festive about turning this into a minimalist Irish Coffee. The hints of sweet and vanilla make it extra seasonal.

Place sugar cube in a whiskey glass, and pour in 2.5 ounces of your favorite whiskey. Muddle down the sugar cube, add a cube of cold brewed coffee and 5 drops of vanilla syrup. Yum!
