The Blanc

Hautes Terres de Cumberousse Cuvee Roucaillat, 2009 14.99

From the Langeudoc region of France. They use traditional tools to produce a truly rustic and organic wine. Its a blend of Roussanne, Rolle and Grenache Blanc and has an elevage of 18 months. Its finished in Orangina tanks which really makes it hold its own against any turkey.

The Rouge

Fabien Jouves Tu Vin Plus Aux Soirees, 2011 13.99

A certified biodynamic organic blend of Malbec and Cab Franc from Cahor. Fabien makes cool wines outside of AOC rules. Funky, plush, spicy and of course, delicious.
