Tapas Style Dining

The best food is enjoyed in the company of good people, and sharing dishes is the best way to get the most out of any meal

Food as an experience—That’s what I live for. It’s more than just eating for nurishment: It’s about a meal provided conversation and a daily dose of social interaction. Traditional meals consist of ordering entrees and the table goes silent when the food is served. With Tapas style dining food becomes the conversation. There is something about sharing food with friends and tasting all the dishes that a restaurant has to offer that changes the dining game. — ME
