In the cocktail category, we’ve been loving the the variety of flavored liquors hitting the market, and one concoction recently caught our eyes—and pallets—La Gringa en La Roja, at foodie staple Mamacita in San Francisco, California.

Mamacita is widely known for their modern twists on Mexican cuisine, but the cocktail menu is equally impressive. Its newest addition combines Hangar 1 chipotle vodka, raspberry syrup and a citrus three-way marmalade. La Gringa en La Roja, or “The White Girl Dressed in Red,” goes down super easy, and before you know it you’ll be asking for another round.
