Eden

Page 29 of Scene No. 1Page 30 of Scene No. 1

At 20 years old, Jonathon Ng is already making a name for himself as vocalist/producer/multi-instrumentalist. He’s known as eden on stage and is an incredible act to see. Walking into Slim’s in San Francisco, the crowd leaned young but totally enamoured by the show. The guitar heavy, electro-pop sounds started from a black out and everyone lost their mind. It seamed every lyric was being reflected on the mouths of the fans which created a vibration in the room. Jonathan says he’s only made one rule for himself, “make something you’d be proud of even if no one ever hears it.” That’s the power we see from most great artists seeking to create something original. Between his woozy vocals and deep drum beats, eden is definitely a garden worth visiting.
