2 oz Caliche Rum 1/2 oz maraschino liqueur 1/2 oz fresh grapefruit juice 3/4 oz lime juice Something about the holidays always makes me thirsty. Every year we try to promote a coctail inspired by the emerging trends in spirits. It seems rum is making a comeback and its a great time to try some new flavors. Who says the holidays need to be only about Pumpkin spice - sometimes a nice, refreshing cocktail is welcomed.

Making the Hemingway Daiquiri couldn’t be easier.simply pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well. Strain into a rocks glass. Make it in bulk and serve it in a punch bowl.
