Indie Shuffle’s Who to Watch

Listen

Three years ago, Jason Grishkoff started Indie Shuffle as a hobby. Now working at Google, his hobby has grown into one of the largest and influential music blogs on the internet. Combining top-notch curation and reviews with the smart-playlist functionality of Pandora, the website is one of the best ways to discover new bands across a myriad of genres.

We asked Jason to pull together a list of 10 bands that he considers to be some of the most exciting up-and-comers in the indie world. The result will take you on an audio journey that features upbeat indie rock from Australia, synth pop from Brooklyn, and even into the realm of a new genre called “nu-disco.”

We’ve pulled some of the best songs from these bands into an awesome Spotify playlist that you can visit here. And, if you’re curious to learn more, we’ve linked up to Indie Shuffle’s reviews for each song! Oh, and don’t forget to check out their awesome app—for iPhone and Android.
